The way Sophien repairs my MacBook is like a form of art. And he really “saves” my life!! 3 weeks ago my MacBook couldn’t be turned on anymore so I went to Apple Store to seek help, however they told me if I want to repair it it’s gonna cost 1459 euros. They recommend me to buy a new one cuz that’s only around 1k euros. However I didn’t want to give up my MacBook so I asked help from my friend, and she recommended Sophien for me. She said Sophien and his wife are both very nice people and they have really good talk together. I was very curious so even there are other stores I could also go to, I chose this one and I really want to see how it turned out. The result is, not only my MacBook has been repaired wonderfully well, receiving good suggestion of how to maintain my MacBook…I almost feel like meeting my fam on the other side of the world. I knew from Sophien’s wife that, she started to learn art again recently, and on the picture 4 is her painting. I feel so happy for her. Sophien also treated me with delicious and unique tea and fruit from his country, I feel so moved and welcomed! We also talked abt life, talked abt what we have learned from life, we couldn’t agree with each other more. It just feels like,  It’s not only my MacBook being repaired, but also makes me feel like it’s a micro therapy session I am experiencing. The positive and warm energy they have together, really turn their studio to a home for connection and love. Thats why i said, the way Sophien repaired my MacBook, it almost feels like a form of art! Gisteren heb ik mijn laptop laten repareren, omdat hij vochtschade had. Binnen een paar uur kon ik hem alweer ophalen — hij zag er weer zo goed als nieuw uit! De communicatie was duidelijk en vriendelijk. Ik raad iedereen aan om hier hun laptop te laten repareren.

I honestly couldn’t be more grateful! The man who helped me was the kindest, most wonderful person ever. Even though the place usually works by appointment, he still accepted me on the spot and fixed my laptop right away. He was so friendly, helpful, and genuinely caring — it really made my day. The service was incredibly fast — I dropped off my laptop, and just a few hours later it was already ready to pick up, perfectly working again! Gisteren ben ik langs gekomen bij Sophien voor het repareren van mijn laptop. Ik had hem best hard laten vallen en het hele scharnier was kapot... Gelukkig kon ik (zelfs zonder afspraak) gelijk bij Sophien terecht! Hij luisterde rustig en behulpzaam naar mijn verhaal, dus dat gaf vertrouwen. Vandaag kon ik mijn laptop al ophalen en hij is weer als nieuw:) Ik ben er ontzettend blij mee en zou iedereen deze service aanraden. Kortom, als je opzoek bent naar iemand met begrip en verstand dan bij je bij Sophien aan het juiste adres :)
